Parking location was easy to find, attendant was really helpful when leaving. Parking spaces are a little tight but ok. Found parking on level 1 so not sure how many other spots there were on other levels. Was great location for embassy appointment. Will be happy to book again if needed.

Everything worked perfectly. Staff were very helpful, cheerful and polite.
However, I have one minor criticism: please remember that some of us are not twenty years old; some of us are 'old school' and would prefer when you email us to be addressed as Mr XYZ and not by our first names. I don't know you and you don't know me, therefore using my first name was not appropriate.
