You will have some of London’s most famous museums and most fabulous sights one your doorstep. You can satisfy your thirst for knowledge at the grandiose Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum and Natural History Museum, admire the world-famous Royal Albert Hall or stroll in the magnificent Kensington Gardens. In one of the liveliest, smartest parts of London Town there are plenty of restaurants and shops, including the renowned Harrods store in nearby Knightsbridge and the delightful Portobello Road antiques market. But with a choice of three Underground stations near the hotel, going to the West End – Marble Arch, Bond Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Soho and Covent Garden – as well as Buckingham Palace, Green Park and Westminster, could not be easier. The Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres are just five minutes walk from the parkingin space, making it an excellent base for business travellers. We can be reached from all five London airports – Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, London City and Luton, as well as from the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras station.
Worst parking ever! After booking and paying the space was occupied when i got there. After calling Just Park, who advised to call Mercure Hotel, and after 4 failed attemps to be connected to someone in the hotel's reception who knew about the parkinf arragement, at last I was told to go to the hotel, get the key for the bollard, return to the parking space and park, and return the key. Seriously?! How is this helpful???
The hotel staff had no record of the booking! Their accounts department had no record of the booking ether! But they were courteous and pleasant and said not to worry and I could park there. So it would appear there is a communications problem between the website and the hotel staff. I guess you may need to phone the hotel to ensure your booking will be honoured
Very convenient would use again
The parking spot is quite safe and you can easily park even a van there because there are no height restrictions. The receptionist was really polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again. Many thanks
A rare and readily accessible parking space in a great location for hotels and access to attractions. Courteous and helpful staff and a nice easy process from start to finish.
The worse ever customer service, due to unprofessional service I missed important meeting because when I arrived to park my car the hotel let someone else to park in my space, when I called they just been trying to find an excuse, I have paid for my whole day from 10:30-20:30 ...
