Parking on Island Row, E14

No idea how you're meant to find this parking space! Also, it said it was suitable for a van, but the roads around there are very narrow and mostly blocked off. Needs much better instructions for how to navigate to the parking space.

No parking space found! It is a scam, I parked on yellow line as there was no parking bays to use, only permits holder & they were all occupied! They should give my £15.50 back!

Easy to find if you head for Basin Approach. It's narrow but enough for my largeish SUV

I can't understand the negative reviews about not finding the space as the owner stipulates how to get there. I found the space easily, but there was already a car there and it wasn't best parked, so I had little room for my car. Not the fault of the space owner, but the driver of the other car not being considerate. I was concerned that my tyres were outside the yellow line due to the space being so narrow, so I wasn't 100% confident that I wouldn't be clamped or receive a fine (I didn't). I think maybe the owner should stipulate that the first driver parking there should not park too far forward, so there's more room for the second car (an estate car would not have fitted). Overall, location felt safe and I would definitely park there again.

Secure, well lit space. Easy to find. Access instructions were descriptive and easy to follow.

Parking was nice and close to where we needed to be and was safe which we were pleased about as parking in this area is so sparse. Downside - if you come in via the wrong route (satnav sent us this route), you end up being blocked by an iron gate with your parking space on the other side of the gate. Only way was to ignore satnav and navigate ourselves via a different route. Will park here again, next time it will be easier to find.

Lovely spot, easy access. Though could be a little clearer in instructions where to park - I'm 99% sure I parked in the right place. No problems though.

I don't usually give ratings but here's my experience. Gate was closed so couldn't park the car here and had to look for something elsewhere. Tried to contact the owner but no response. Didn't get a refund. Wouldn't park here again.

Would like a refund as we could not get to space as a metal barrier was obstructing passage, after 30 minutes wasted driving round in circles, even knocking on the door of the building,which out side had yellow lines and no space we had to park elsewhere. Then we saw a man leave the building where we had knocked!!!!
