I felt a bit vulnerable in the area where the stairs and lift are. Also, strong stench of urine smell this part of car park. Is this area monitored by cctv and how can you ask for help in this area?

I rated JustPark so highly as booking was good value and seamless. In addition a confirmation email was sent immediately which not only gave all details of the booking, it also gave a Google maps link to the to the exact location. This meant our trip to London started totally stress free. Well done JustPark

I found the instructions poor in respect of leaving the car park. It was not clear about whether Just Park customers needed to put their car registration plate into the payment machine. I had to assume that I needed to put my registration plate in and I assumed that the screen would show that I had paid. When I put my registration in it said I needed to pay a charge so I ended up paying twice. I couldn't risk getting a fine.
