There were no clear instructions on parking space. Clearly not mentioned, which one is the owner's spot out of three. I contacted owner but no response. I had to park on the street. I want to get a full refund.

When you have completed your booking and payment has been taken, we’ll send through the exact address and access instructions to your space.
