When I arrived there was someone in the parking spot.
I contacted the owner/manager of the spot to inform him and his initial response was that I had made a mistake and booked the wrong day. After I sent him my booking information to clarify he told me to park on the street while he figured out what went wrong. I ended up having to go back the following morning to move into the spot and after that there were no issues but it was quite inconvenient way to start my London holiday weekend.
