Terms and Conditions of use:

1. You must purchase a parking session which covers the time your vehicle is parked in this bay.

2. You may extend your parking session before it ends, but you must not stay longer than the maximum duration specified on the sign at the parking bay you are using.

3. After the expiry of your parking session, you must move your vehicle from the bay and not return within one hour.

4. You are liable for a penalty charge notice and your vehicle may be subject to further enforcement action if:

a) You fail to purchase a parking session for this bay.
b) Your vehicle exceeds the maximum stay or is parked after your parking session ends.
c) Your vehicle is not fully parked within the bay markings
d) You park in a suspended bay.
e) You park the wrong class of vehicle in the bay.

Parking is free on Bank and Public Holidays, except where the other restrictions apply.

You need to change the way you extend parking. Look at how ringo and pay for parking does it. Nice and simple. On your app you put the desired length of time you want to extend and it comes back with a short extension and its not perfectly clear youve extended.

The telephone booking system did not accept my text with my registration number so I could have got a parking ticket. I downloaded the app and rebooked but the system isn't brilliant.

I had a terrible experience. First of all, I was continuously unable to make a booking. Then, when I did manage to make a booking I followed directions to the location as outlined in the app only to find that it was resident parking only and that the number did not correspond to the number shown in the booking. I would like to demand a refund immediately

Very good, but it didn't work in the app, I had to apply it through the website, my suggestion is to improve the app

Absolutely no signage to indicate the this was a Just Park space . I wasted time by having to call the phone number and go through that process when I already have the app on my phone. I didnt appreciate the waste of time .
