Very useless service...arrived to the parking and with the booking reference they didn't let me in...ihad to buy in place a ticket ...so additional charges...never again...you should refund me the 16.40or whatever i paid...

Parking went as booked. The size of the parking bays is adequate but not generous. The car park has to be acessed from Lots Road. It is not possible to access it from Townmead Road because the section near Imperial Wharf Station where it goes under the railway is restricted. This should be mentioned in the description.

It wasn't particularly easy to find the place as you have to go through gates giving access to private areas apparently, and it wasn't straight forward to go to the right parking level. Price was quite expensive but the parking had security and CCTV so it was a safe place. Getting out of the parking area was tricky as well. Fairly close to Chelsea's football stadium though, so would probably look again for parking in the same area.
