Be careful with this one. The 2nd time I tried to park here in October 23 there was a BMW already there. Nothing I could do. Had to leave and find another spot. The owner of the parking spot couldn't do anything as she had no idea who the BMW belonged to. I couldn't risk trying to park there again.

easy to find, plenty of space. we did have a moment of hesitation as there appeared to be a tent set up in the corner and also the space was next to a big pile of rubbish, but the car was fine and we would use again. a little tight on access & exit on the driveways down due to other parked cars in spaces along the edge.
