It was a decent space the only thing that I found was that I had to be precise in getting into the lift as not a lot of space for manoeuvre

This was a complete disaster. I am writing to you asking for a refund. I printed out the 5 pages of instructions. I arrived at the car park only to find my car would not fit into the lift to get to the space. The small print on page 3 of your 5 pages shows a car length limit of 4.5 metres. This information is well hidden and not even in bold type. My car is a mid size Mercedes saloon, 4.8 metres long. A BMW 520 saloon is 4.9m. An Audi A6 saloon is 4.8m. These are common saloon cars. More than a million of each is on the road. The 4.9m length limit should be at the top of the booking form so it is drawn immediately to the attention of the car owner before he books. You've hidden it in the small print afterwards. At 9pm in the evening, about to join my lawyers for an overnight trip out of London, I had no choice but to drive around looking for an alternate space. Really frustrating. I look forward to hearing what you will do about the £63 cost which should be refunded along with some gesture for extraordinary inconvenience caused. James Grazebrook. Booking reference B1239693.

What a shame they have put their price up! I would happily have used this space but its now pretty much the same price as the NCP around the corner if you prebook without the hassle of the elevator!
