Arrived to the spot 40 mins before our booking time to find that we were unable to access the road the spot was located on! Police informed us that this happens all the time and that people likely book multiple slots knowing that no one will be able to access the spot. Filing fraud complaint and doing a charge back on our credit card. Very disappointing especially as our first attempt at booking this spot was accepted and they immediately cancelled and reposted at double the price, which we then booked again!

We were not advised at the time of booking that there was a restriction to access to the allocated parking space after a certain time. So access to the space was restricted, although the vendor did arrange alternative arrangements
