This is off-street parking in a quiet residential close located close to the border of the congestion charge zone.
King's College and the Royal Maudsley hospitals, the Camberwell College of Art, and the South London Gallery are all close by.
Denmark Hill Station is a 10 - 12 minute walk away and Peckham Rye Station 12 - 15 minute walk with multiple connections available from both to stations including London St Pancras, Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriar's, and Canada Water. Numerous bus-routes provide additional access to central London, and Oval tube station (Northern Line) is a short bus-ride away.
Parking is only allowed for permit-holders. You will need to pick this up from me prior to using the space.

I used Mark's parking for visits to Kings hospital. Anyone doing the same shouldn't hesitate to do the same. It's about a 10-15 minute walk (there is a cut through to shorten the route) and Mark could not have been more helpful. First class all round.

We used the parking space as a convenient and safe place to park. We contacted the owner on arrival and he met us with our permit. He was very helpful and it made our day less stressful as we had an appointment at kings college hospital nearby.
