Parking on Frognal Lane, NW3

Brilliant parking arrangement

The space is a driveway used for building materials. I was worried about slats of wood that might have had nails in them but on closer inspection they were ok. The house is on the corner; the driveway has 2 black doors, we needed my passenger to open them in a very busy and narrow street. It is right next door to no. 44 which has 2 lights outside, if you reach the junction you've gone too far. As things go, in that part of Hampstead, it is a lucky find. Just not so welcoming -looking.

This may eventually be a suitable, rentable parking spot, but it is not at the moment. The space is basically a construction site, surrounded by building materials, and not allowing the car to be parked all the way inside. The car was all covered in dust from all the building work that had gone on during the day. There was no warning to this effect, and given the condition of the spot, the space is significantly overpriced compared to similar in the area. Disappointing and greedy!

The space was a building site, the gate was broken and unable to be opened. I could not park in there and had to find alternative parking. I want a refund.
