Refunds would not be issued for people with MEDIUM OR BIG CARS that booked the space and it turned out they can’t park in. To prove my point I’ve attached a photo with 2 vans parked flawlessly.
PLEASE DON’T KNOCK on the door or call me if you can’t park in or if a driver parked on both spaces, or overstayed.
Please contact JustPark Customer Service and try to solve the issue with them. I am more than willing to issue refunds on reasonable requests.

The other car parked there was over a foot over the line so I was unable to park. I have pictures as evidence completely inconsiderate of other drivers

Parking was easy to find however it was very small. Parked the car and went into central London and was annoyed I had to come 45 mins back to “repark” the car as it slightly went onto the other car parking space. No way it can fit two cars and I have a small car.

The space is extremely narrow. I could only just get out of my car by climbing into the passenger seat and squeezing out. Even had to remove my coat as the space was so small and the car door could barely open! This was a bit worrying. Luckily I have a Mini, I can't imagine largely cars being able to fit comfortably!

Very convenient, however I was unable to park properly as it was very very tight. Larger vehicles wouldn't fit at all. Just about made it in but comfortable to leave the car there and finding it was very easy too.
