Parking on Fowey Close, E1W

Parking space is like slope, its not suitable for sedan type cars. My car got hit in under body, so cant able to completely park inside the parking lot, so let the car off parked.

Is not suitable for low vehicles

The space was on a very steep slope down to garage. My car grounded when reversing on. I had to turn round and drive on very slowly. Then had to climb out of passenger door. Not much fun when one is disabled. The space was outside number 11 not 13 as told. Only when I looked at other message did it mention this. Not good.

Very good spot. Quite steep and a longer car would have stuck out quite a bit

It was dark, lighting was poor, so had to work my way backwards to find the actual space. Space itself was fine, but it is very steep, so started to scrape the bottom of my car. Owner should warn potential drivers to drive very slow, as bottom of car may get scraped. Should also have some motion sensor lighting.

The space wasn't as advertised . I tied to contact the owner and just park. The parking place was in front of a garage with a steep entry. Additionally there was a widen pallet which blocked entry. It was totally inappropriate . I drove off and incurred a £25 additional parking cost at the local NCP car park. I insist on a full refund of both

DO NOT PARK HERE. The space damaged the underside of my vehicle (Ford Focus) as the slant down to garage was aggressive. I was not able to park as close as I would have done otherwise, but there is also a parking enforcement company (not linked to Just Park) operating in the area giving out £100 fines. The owner's instruction to park 70-80cm away from garage door was also against advice of the enforcement agency. Cheaper in price, but not worth the hassle/damage/possible fines.

It was extremely difficult to park the Honda Civic here. The space was so tight we had to wait for the neighbour to leave for work to be able to park there. The space is suitable for a very small.
