Needed to find parking by our airbnb on Finchley road that wasn’t an outrageous price. Thankfully we found this option via just park! We weren’t 100% sure if we were in the right spot, but the support line was quick and very helpful in ensuring we were indeed parked where we were able to. Definitely would recommend & do this again if driving in London!

Problems were experienced with the booked parking space and, as it was not possible to contact the parking space owner, I was not able to park in the booked space. Fortunately, JustPark was able to offer me alternative parking at another location about 1 mile away. I accepted that and was able successfully park there (so good service so far). JustPark indicated I would receive a refund for the considerable difference in the parking fee between the booked (much more expensive) and alternative parking locations. That also seemed to be good service. While a refund receipt was quickly raised by JustPark, 10 days have now passed and no refund has been received from Just Park nor has any further communication - so now not such good service. Is anybody else due a refund / having difficulty getting reimbursed monies owed by JustPark?
