Perfect parking spot for one day in London: good location and pretty cheap!

Convenient parking location, very close to Kings Cross Station. Decent width spaces (okay for my LR Discovery). Minor issue with the gate; the lock had been broken and needs repair. Also, when parking on your own, the large gate needed something to stop it swinging closed.Fortunately there was a large wheelie bin to hand!

Good parking space. Perfect for my Model Y or any wide vehicles. Easy to find and felt safe.

The gates was left open through out i did not have to use the key code to gain access.

Good location, close to St. Pancras Station. Not inside congestion charging zone. The gate is always open, bit worry, parked for 4 whole days, car is safe.

The Road was closed so I couldn't park as I had planned and paid for..I wish for a full refund

A complete joke! I booked the space but then the street was not accessible due to road closure! The app didn't update and now battling to get a refund.

My car was extremely safe , I parked for 3 days and Nights.it was extremely well positioned and close to train station

This was my First attempt at using Just park . Everything booking wise was great and informative but when I reached the parking space which is on a cul de sac the road was closed and impassable . I was running late so had to find a parking space nearby on the road which allowed me 4 hours . I was late back from my meeting and subsequently received a parking ticket for £55 .The road must have been closed for more than One day and there wasn't any workmen there either . I took photographs of the closed road and the empty and open parking and gates .I would like you to refund the parking charge and I personally would refund my parking ticket as I was left with no choice or be late for a very important meeting .Happy to send pictures if you wish but I guess I am not the First to complain about this ?
