Car Park on Ferndale Road

The space was not available. I am awaiting a response to my request for a refund

When I arrived to collect my car, the car washing attendant said I'd blocked the entrance and car washing facilities - I did not as several other cars had parked in the area after my arrival. When I told him this, and that there was nobody here on arrival to suggest I park somewhere else he said he was going to wait until I got back and charge me £15 as he lost business...he then admitted he lied. I will not be parking here again

Very accommodating and convenient

Not suitable for leaving a car in London. In the middle (quite literally) of a makeshift car wash. Very badly organised, not secure at all and quite possibly easily damaged as cars were being moved by car washers every two minutes. If we had had any other viable choice we would have driven off!

Parking full when I arrived, although I made a booking in advance. The area didn't seem safe to walk back to your car late at night, maybe during the day is different.

Polite and helpful staff, car park very close to underground and not too expensive. made for a great day out

Easy and convenient

We've used this parking space before and whilst the area looks like an unsecured place to leave your vehicle, we had no problems last time and none this time either. The only difference this time is that a man came over to our car to ask us what time we'd be parked until; we had pre-booked and paid for our timings so this shouldn't have mattered. Additionally, parking as a young woman (with a female passenger) the lack of lights in the car park, and the timing question despite pre-booking, do reduce feelings of safety and security. Still, no problems, and will definitely use again and again when travelling to London for gigs etc.

Easy to use...

A busy car wash car reversing in and out. On arrival was told by car wash owner that I couldn't fit and I should cancel my booking. I refused as I had pre booked and had no other option. He then encourage me to leave my car keys with him so he could move my car around once others came out. Again I refused as I am not leaving my keys with a stranger. After insisting that I would park in a specific place and he would have to work around me I was able to park an hour after first arriving. This car park does not work. I was scared my car would be hit with cars reversing out after a car wash but had not choice but ti leave car here. A very stressful event, I was lucky all those who came after me could not park. Car washes are busy places when the sun is out.
