This parking space is tricky to find as Google maps/Sat nav struggle to find as it is in a newly built estate. However once located, it is in a secure place and we would use again.

I would give this a zero rating if I could.
The owner clearly seems to be ok with scamming people, we arrived at the destination and called the number as instructed only for the call to go straight to voicemail. We rang dozens of times and left multiple messages, without knowing what car parking spot number we could use we had to give in and go find on street parking, making us late for our event. Still had no response from the owner over a day later. Not happy at all and am looking for a full refund.
