There was a car in the drive and I couldn't park

when I arrived there was a van parked occupieing both spaces, tryied and tryed to contact the owner, but wouldn't answer the phone, even sent him a message, but still nothing, an hour later I called juspark, and after 15 minutes, the answered, they were able to speak to the owner. and He/She promised a refund!! I missed a meeting with a client, and most probably wo 't get the job because of it, but I got a refund.
to say I'm fuming it's an understatement. and the customer care was shite, the lady on the phone was very nice, but what they offered, just a refund, after the epic f*ck up it meant to me.....

Postcode / navigation from app was off by a block, had to go around the one way system to search for it. It's further up the street.

Would have been a tight fit if another car was parked there! I have a qashqi. But there wasn't, so all good.

This is a great space for anyone visiting the Homerton hospital. It's a 2 minute walk absolutely perfect.
