good space conveniently close to CPFC stadium and only 5-8 minutes walk to Thornton Heath high street. Always a risk of someone being parked up across driveway entrance when you leave car though as nothing stopping them. maybe suggest space owner leaves a couple of bins handy on drive so customers can put in roadway across drive entrance to obstruct anyone parking and blocking your exit on way out. Luckily; person who parked blocking my exit was still in car at the time so politely asked them to move and they did so promptly without any commotion.

Good spot close to ground, but a car parked in front to block the exit! Tried to get the owner of the space on the phone and no answer several times Would not park here
