Parking on Cromwell Road, SW5

Great communication from just park and Emma the owner it fitted our Tucson suv perfectly across the road to Cromwell hospital couldn't be easier to access in and out highly recommend if you need parking for the hospital for ease comfort and peace of mind as very secure with cctv

My daughter had a hospital appointment requiring a general anaesthetic which meant we had to arrive by 7am. I booked the space on that basis but despite numerous phone calls the owner of the space did not answer at 6.40am. This left me will a deadline and no space to park in - I managed to find some on street parking but it cost me an additional £15. When I finally got hold of the owner via text they were very nice and suggested cancelling the booking and rebooking on the basis that it would be cheaper but it wasn’t and this situation just added a layer of stress that I had booked the space to avoid.

Easy to find and get into space. Little bit annoying having to call owner to have to be let in, but he's quick to come out when called.

Access to parking is arranged by calling someone, who then calls someone else to open the shutters. I called to re-enter the car park, and was told the person who opens the shutter had an emergency so nobody could open it. The contact told me to speak to someone at the nearby hospital, but that went nowhere as the person mentioned wasn't there. They then told me I had to wait until someone else either left or entered the car park. I had to run with multiple tool bags to the shutter and stop it as it was coming down, just to be able to get back to my car. With access being reliant on a number of other people being available, this space is not worth the trouble, especially for the £40 I paid, which I will be expecting back. If I had been unable to get to the shutter, I have no idea how long I would have had to wait. This experience was completely unreasonable.

I had a very good experience using this carpark space. No complaints!

My children and I were left waiting in the cold and dark for over 10 minutes as he didnt open the gate for us to return to the car.
