Got there and the space was taken. Owner didn't pick up his phone and, after a long call with justpark, was told I could park anywhere. Then asked to move my car the next day when the space was free, when I wasn't expecting to go back to the car until I left. Not a great experience as I spent about half an hour in the car park talking to people while my two young children were trying to be patient, but if all this information was known beforehand it wouldn't have been a problem. So, if you've read this, now you know.

Great underground parking, was a little tight with the Porsche Macan when another car is parked in the other spot, but still fitted perfectly nonetheless. Would use again

There was a large SUV parked opposite the space making it impossible for me to park in the bay. It would have been tight anyway due to the concrete column. Only suitable for small cars.

Key fob system of some sort which I had no idea about. Had to wait for someone to drive out to let me in then I could not get out because I couldn't access the space I booked. I tried to call the owner of the space but no answer. I ended up having to find anything space. Wouldn't recommend.
