not the best location. also many cars were crammed in front row boxing back row. those parking next to us were there til 3am and there was acar behind them. So didn't look o organised. Also picking key and unlocking after 11 would be too happy alone.

Good place to park and although gates locked at 11pm keys are available for the gate at the shop opposite. However, my only gripe is that other cars parked right in front of several cars including mine and we couldn't leave the car park until these pratts returned, bit of a joke really but I would park there again but in a different spot!!

PLEASE NOTE: I would not have left this review if my complaint had been handled satisfactorily and have waited three days since your last correspondence to give you the chance to come back to me. Terrible. When I arrived I found there was plenty of free parking at the location so I had totally wasted my money. The site says nothing about free parking in the area on a Sunday but lists plenty of options for you to pay! I've emailed asking for a refund. They came back with 10% off my next park which somewhat misses my point. I replied asking for my complaint to be escalated. No reply and had to chase again. My advice would be to think very carefully before you use this service and check whether you can park for free in the area first. The service is a good idea but the customer service needs to be up to scratch. Currently it isn't. Frustrated, disappointed and very unhappy with the poor customer service I've had so far, NOTE - This form won't publish without me giving at least one star. My rating is ZERO stars.

I've used this parking place quite a few times. It looks a bit scruffy but the security is great (we often park there overnight) and the guys are really friendly.

very friendly and loads of spaces. The price is exceptional value for money, Make sure you print off the required sheets but there are two internet cafes 50yds away. Will definately use again.

Despite my payment having been accepted and receipt issued, after travelling 200 miles was informed when I arrived that although my booking stated 23.59 as leaving time I would be unable to access my car after 23.00. Had to find alternative parking at increased cost. Owner unable to be contacted on the day.

Unfortunately the space was not as described and my car would have been left on a grass verge on a busy road in Brixton. However after discussion with the owner, a key to a car wash lock up over the road was provided to enable us to park my car securely.
