Car Park in Camden, NW1

Everything was fine except for an issue with the lock on the gated entrance. I parked successfully (a bit tedious to squeeze into the corner, but manageable), went about my day, and returned in the evening. When I tried to open the lock using the same code, there was no buzz or response. I attempted multiple times without success and eventually contacted JustPark support. They said help was on the way, but after waiting an hour, no one showed up or contacted me. After trying the code again—same number, same method—the lock suddenly worked, and I was able to retrieve my car. On the way home, I called JustPark to report what had happened. Surprisingly, two hours later, I got a call from JustPark asking whether I had managed to access my car—suggesting that no action had actually been taken in the meantime. It seems that even if I hadn’t been able to open the lock myself, the outcome might have been the same: no help would have arrived.

No ties but I did lose £17.00 because I read that Barbican centre parking was a 3 minute walk to emirates the concert after I paid found it was 3 miles away but hey ho you live and learn eh

Sorry but one of my worst JP experiences this. Firstly the code doesnt work - there was no padlock so didnt even bother trying that but was a code given by customer services whilst I was getting soaked in the rain and it worked so why show the other non existant code? Then with 3 cars already parked we genuinley struggled to fit the car in so they could all get out! Just a mess around we didnt need. Not good car park at all.

Great parking very near to the venue we went to. Saved a lot of issues with driving around trying to find a parking space on a busy bank holiday weekend.

The gate took some getting used to, but I got there in the end. The disadvantage for me is that walking to where my course was held seemed like miles away. Overall, the cost was reasonable, and at the time, the car park was not overcrowded, and the gate was securely locked.

I had saved the pictures so it was very easy to find it. I put the pin code in followed by the padlock code and it opened. It has small push in buttons. My car was the only one in there so used the space nearest the gate. Security lighting came on when entering and the gate locks automatically when you close it. Really convenient space for the Jazz cafe and not too far to walk.

Easy booking and swift response. Access was clear and easy. Top service!
