Easy access & parking security on site..

I've used this carpark twice and I won't be using it a third time. The app claims the carpark is valet. It's not. The attendants don't do anything, they barely pay attention instead being on the phone applying for other jobs or failing to initiate the barrier on both occasions where I was trying to leave. It's not a big carpark and neither are the spaces. The app claims there's both 10 dedicated JustPark spaces and also 25 dedicated JustPark spaces. None of this matters as when I arrived the carpark was so overprescribed it was near impossible driving my vehicle to find a space to the point the driver side rear wheel hub got severely scratched because there was no space and too many cars. That's on top of parking attendants who seems barely with it, aren't paying attention and are actively applying for other jobs when they're supposed to be attending to the carpark.

Smooth and easy parking

Very easy to book but I paid over double for the same date and time as friend who booked online using a different parking app. and paid more than I would have if I hadn’t booked and turned up and paid the car park directly, so justpark was an expensive option!

Some tight fitting spaces but not a problem and well managed. The parking attendants were super friendly and helpful. Excellent location and very easy to find using a satnav.

Great space. It was more expensive than others, but well worth it. Lots of space. We didnt leave our keys like I think other people have said they did. Absolutely no problems - would definitely recommend.
