Carpark on Chelsea Harbour

Paid £33 to guarantee a parking space when visiting London. It then transpired there was no "space" thay was booked in the car park and we were then charged £4 (the actual hourly rate) when leaving. How they can justify over £30 for a few hours parking is mad, but even more of a scam is the fact we were charged to park there anyway. Will be complaining and seeking a refund for thus awful parking scam.

Staff very efficient

Directions were slightly misleading. Instructions say the car park is under the Chelsea Harbour Design Centre, so we parked in the car park under the Design Centre, turns out this isn't the correct car park. In hindsight, we could probably have found the correct car park by checking photos in the app, but we were following the email instructions. Regardless, the main reason for the low score is the charge on exit for the car park we incorrectly stayed in was £10 vs the £42 we were charged by Just Park. Moral of the story, check regular car park pricing before assuming a JustPark spacey in a multi story car park might be cheaper!

You can not get access to the Chelsea Harbour complex from the side I was coming in and no one told me about any other access. Your phone help was useless as they were clueless to the problem,
