Excellent location and felt really safe. The car park was clean also. The only negative was the spaces are very narrow, if you have a wide car you'll be squeezing into a spot with hope no one parks next to you. Ideal for fiat 500 drivers

I arrived 30 minutes earlier and therefore amended my start time from 0630 to 0600- the cost for 30 mins extra was £25.
£25 for 30 mins of extra parking is outrages and will therefore not use just park again!

Barrier on entry and exit wouldn't open as app kept saying I wasn't close enough. Easily resolved by pressing the help button on intercom but still a hassle to hold up other vehicles wanting to enter and exit the car park.

Great location, ideal for the Eventim Apollo. It was easy to park, lots of spaces. The open barrier worked on the way in but not on the way out, but the reception sorted this quickly for us. I would definitely park here again.

The button on the app to open the barrier didn't work, the machine just gave me a ticket which I then had to pay for to get out which was an extra £14 on top of the payment I had already made on here to get the parking spot. No staff around to help, will use a different spot if I need to park in this area again.

The car park was extremely full and the spaces are absolutely tiny. Not a good place to park if you want to avoid scratches. The barriers wouldn't open for me to leave so a big queue formed while I had to call the help desk because of the failure of JustPark to coordinate with the car park owner.

Easy website/map to navigate. Clear instructions and although had a few minutes of not getting the barrier open, realised you needed to be closer to it. Great to know the car is secure, real peace of mind when parking in London ( Hammersmith). Would do it again.

Downloaded app to park at Novotel west London paid in advance. Entry barrier process was clunky and annoying and caused a tailback whilst waiting for the barrier to open - stressful. Exit process was ok
