No spaces available even though Ipre-booked. Had to wait for 30 mins inside car park to find a space that someone was vacating. Spaces were tiny even got my small car. Barrier was not fully functional on entering (no code needed to enter) and no way of validating parking on exit and barrier allowed me to exit without any proof of payment. I had better not get a fine for this parking!

Excellent car park nice and secure with electric rolling shutters which close at night and only way in and out of car park is through hotel which made it feel more secure would use again
