Owner was friendly and space is large enough for a reasonably sized 4 door saloon.
Space is residential and overlooked by multiple properties, in a culdesac and so felt safe to leave vehicle,

Super friendly host helped us park in her space, parked a medium sized van with no problem. 15 min walk to our evening venue (drumsheds)

Used this space when attending a Tottenham match. Only about 10 mins walk to the stadium and outside of any road closers on an event day. Would use again.
