parking space wasn't accessible and had to find parking at the last minute and nearly missed the concert

we arrived to our space on Saturday at approximately 1 pm, on arrival it was apparent that another vehicle (white mini had parked in the space we had arranged to park in. After paying a further £18 for 4 hours then getting a ticket as we where late to return i will not be using this company again. you made our day out unforgettable for the wrong reasons.

Wasn’t able to access the space, missed our event

Have used JustPark a lot and this is the first time I’ve had to abandon my plan to use the space I booked (and paid for!), when I arrived, there were too many other cars already parked there, so there was no way I could get in to the final spot left as there’s a massive metal lamppost in the way. After a few attempts and scraping my car against said lamppost trying to get in to the space I had to try and find another spot. Would not recommend this space

I was able to park my car. It was all good.

The space was blocked by a parked car in the street. Fortunately, the driver was in his vehicle and moved for me to be able to pull up into the space. There is no lowered kerb, there's a lamppost, and was a parked car in one of the owners other spaces preventing horizontal access. Luckily, on returning there was no parked car in the street blocking my access out but I still had to bump down the kerb onto the road. The space was full of debris and boxes. At least 2 of these spaces shouldn't be available unless there's coordination to end Sure the 3rd (farthest right) isn't used. I won't be using it again. The guy who was parking after me was waiting and had a low BMW - he absolutely will be damaging his car getting up that kerb.

Parking space blocked by other vehicles. Unable to park my car. Phoned the owner of this space informing him of this problem. Unhelpful and unwilling to resolve this issue......"what can I do about it?" Had booked this space as had tickets to watch a football match at the London Stadium. Not able to find and alternative parking space, only option to drive home and watch the match on the TV. I have requested a refund.
