Parking space on Bridges Court Road, SW11

Great parking, well protected. Had a couple of issues reaching the concierge but the space owner was very helpful!

Meant to write this review ages ago! Had a slight issue contacting concierge, so just message Deborah who owns car parking space to mention I couldn't get in gate, within seconds she's messaged back and opened carpark gate(at an early time on a Sunday!!) Also needed to extend during my time which was so easy to do! Felt really safe car park as underground with shutters meaning no pedestrians can get in without buzzing in. Chris

Good communication and no problems with the space, left my car for 3 days unattended. Only little thing is getting in and out of the garage isn’t very easy if you needed to access everyday you need to call someone to allow them to open the gate each time. 100% Would use again.

Safe and easy

Absolutely happy with the services and the parking process to book. Especially with Deborah and her contact and approach to booking and the whole experience has been superb.

The intercom wasn’t working so we sat for some time waiting for a response. There wasn’t a note to advise us of this. We couldn’t then find a way out through the hotel but luckily someone came out of the door so let us through. On exit, there was a note saying the intercom wasn’t working and we had to call reception to be buzzed out. All in all, great price but quite a hassle with two elderly passengers!

Great location for the area and for west London. Very secure, to secure, it took 20 minutes to get in, and maybe longer had Deborah not been in who is very helpful, took 10 minutes to get out, as conceierge did not answer phone. Best way in and out of car park via crown plaza hotel, as that is the only way we found

We were waiting outside for at least 10 minutes waiting for the concierge to answer the buzzer. Once they did answer they didn't know what we were talking about and it felt like they just buzzed us in to get rid of us! There are better car parks closer to clapham junction for less money where you are given an access code so no waiting around for the concierge to return from their break. its just these other carparks were full when we wanted to park.
