Terrible!! Do not waste your money on this parking spot. A van was parked in the parking spot so was unable to park. I needed to attend a funeral service at a church nearby, for my friend that passed away and this was a lot of headache to deal with on that day as I did not want to be late. I tried knocking on the door and phoning the owner and no answer. In the end I took a chance an ended up parking in their neighbour's driveway as I was only gonna be couple of hours and lucky I got away with it. I couldn't be bothered to mess about getting a refund as it's only a few quid. But I just thought I would warm people in case they wanted to rent that spot for a long time and end up losing more money.

I cannot fault anything. Very grateful to the owner for letting me use his driveway, who by the way is a genuine friendly guy ! 5 star ! No exceptions !

Really simple, really helpful... absolute life saver. My girlfriend and i were moving to and from Bournemouth so having this space for us on Sunday night was a huge God send when you consider the criminal costs of a parking ticket, permit or a long-stay car park. Would recommend and use again
