i wasnt able to extend my booking, as a result i was forced to pay for two different sessions, even though i paid for every single minute from 8.15am to 16.30pm. contacted customer support where Chad took an hour to just understand what my issue was, with 4 dropouts from the chat, and denied any sort of refund or at least allow to make it as a "one session" booking. i dont find this fair at all.

Great location. Needs a tidy up as lots of broken glass bottles on the floor in the parking spaces. Gate was left open so no code required - not as secure as stated in the description.

There is a barrier but lots of rubbish everywhere is off putting plus lots of people milling about. Anyone can walk in.
