clear space and very easy to find

Parked at the space once before with no problem. 2nd time, got to the space and there was a car already there. Called the owner and sent a message with no reply. Knocked on the door (someone was obviously in) and they did not answer. I work at the hospital, so then had to rush around to find another space before my shift started which was unnecessary stress.
