I booked the space well ahead of time, turned up to find another car parked in the space, I contacted the owner by ringing and by text, received no response to either. I rang Just Park help number which rang for an age, and the no one answered. I was consequently late for work as I had to try to find another parking space elsewhere at short notice. I have still received no contact from the space owner. Unimpressed.
