It is in an overground private car park with electronic security gates activated by a key fob.
The parking space requires a permit to be displayed. Because of the secure access and need to display permit, I will have to meet you upon arrival and departure.
Otherwise all straightforward and secure. The car park is monitored by a professional security company and each space is owned by a resident of the block above.
Minimum 1 month parking. Outside congestion charge zone.
£80 refundable deposit required for key fob and permit.
