Very good and would recommend this packing space, safe, secure, under cover, and easy to find. just one little thing. As Maria does not live on site, it would be nice if you could inform the person who lets you into the parking area know you have booked the space, they had no idea I had booked it and it took a while to convince that I had booked the space for the 4 days, even though I had the paper work. Apart from that it worked very well and I would recommend the packing space and will use it again in the future. Thanks Oliver

It was a pleasure to park with Maria.

Despite providing a telephone number the owner refuses to ever answer phone. I almost missed my train due to the fact that the concierges office is in a different street to the address. Upon return at 0800 sunday morning the concierge was not there. There was no answer to my call to the owner Waiting until 0830 on a cold street I eventually persuaded a resident who was leaving the building to let me in to the car park to retrieve my car. Though the parking is good and secure and good value I cannot recommend this parking venue due to the totally inadequate communications of the owner. I have had to give one star for communications but I really want to give no stars!
