Parking on Aisgill Avenue, W14

The address given was not found. Easily details on the other side of the. Blocks so I had difficult finding the place when I found a place there was no parking proper parking. I had to squeeze my car under a tree and the lady who was. The parking belonging to what's not polite.

My satnav took me to the wrong end of the road and you can't drive through but once I figured this it was simple. Owner was very helpful and friendly

Felt very disrespected as the owner started yelling at me in the windows and recording me trying to inquire if it was the right place to park . And they sweet talking me after realising I payed them to park . Do not judge people before u know who they are .

At my arrival, the parking was occupied by other vehicles. The parking owner was unreachable, and Juspark unable to sort anything out. Not reliable at all.

I reserved a space in a fairly remote car park that had video security and was very close to where we had to be. When we arrived at our designated time, the car park was full. I tried calling and was directed to contact the car park owner - there were no details or information as to how I could do that. I called the JustPark number and was told that they had reserved another space elsewhere. The lady on the phone just said it was close to where I needed to be, but no further information. When we got there, it was a space on the side of house! Children were playing football in the street and I was not comfortable leaving my car there at all. AND the space was actually cheaper than my original booking but all you would offer me was a voucher off my next parking with you. WHY would I book anything again, when your customer service was awful. I would at the VERY MINIMUM expect you to refund the difference, but you were not interested. I booked a specific car park for my own reasons, and if you are providing a service to rent that space, that is what I expect - not a street full of kids playing football!!!! The ONLY reason you got 2 stars is that at least you did find us somewhere to park in time for our event - but this was NOT how I had planned the evening to start.

Two cars parked in both spaces was unable to park. Had to find alternative street park and pay by meter. Was late for work due to this

space was taken on arrival. Will be requesting a refund

Parking space was available, easy to find, no issues at all, would definitely park there again. 20 mins walk to Stamford bridge.
