We were ripped off, as agreed we arrived only to find a parking attendant who would not let us use the space. Stating that he finished working at 8pm so no one would be able to let us out (11pm). On phoning the owner (several times) he hung up without even talking to us before he choose not to answer at all.

It was very safe and I felt comfortable and happy to leave my car there. The guy whose parking pay it was smiling greeted me on arrivel with a smile and said thank you after leaving. I'm am so happy I chose him.
