Single entry for parking is not good enough, I paid to park and should be ok to come and go as I see fit. I moved my car after the first night and could not re-enter within the rules. You need to amend this, if your partners use automated ANPR then they should adjust their software to accommodate multi entry or do not use them.

This car park is free for 4 hours and you charged me for that time by claiming we need to book in advance and stating a price against my original 3 hr parking search, which should have been free. If I'd had known it was free for 4 hours I could have stayed for that time and not paid you.

We parked our car for five nights in the Asda car park in Llandudno. As there is limited parking in Llandudno it was ideal and a fraction of the cost it would have been to pay daily. The car was perfectly safe and it was very easy to find a good parking space. I will certainly use Just Park again in the future.

No issues at all, drove in parked came back next day car absolutely fine.
My only observation is a just park sign would just give reassurance that it is part of the scheme, unless there was one but I couldn’t see it.
