Perfect spot for our stay. Very secure

I was worried about parking in Liverpool for an event in the Docklands. I found Justpark online and booked easily. I believe that the £17 is very high compared with many parts of the country, but at least it secured my spot and was easy to find. The staff were on hand to help with queries and opening the barrier on exit.

Your remote operator speedily released our vehicle from the Princes Dock car park when I had failed to obtain an exit ticket. Many thanks

Easy to book and access parking, quick exit too

A "confirmed " parking space was cancelled four days prior to arrival. We had to quickly search for an alternative spot and were charged more than the double price. After more than three weeks, the refund could still not been received. Lessons learnt: Confirmations are useless, so we wouldn't ever use the company again.

First time user, Used Princes Dock Multi Storey, Liverpool. Was a bit apprehensive about getting ticket validated by the on site team on exit. Everting went smoothly pleasant staff in Car Park Office.

Found the car park on line, and found it easy to book. It was very close to radison blue. Prices were reasonable for a 48 hour stay. Easy access and security was good. The staff were an added bonus just what you expect in Liverpool. Will definately use again.
