Wasn't convinced by this space when I arrived. It's just a space outside a house and signs clearly say you should display a parking permit during the football season. The instruction said just park and go and, in the absence of anybody giving me a permit, that's what I did. I was fully expecting a parking ticket when I returned, which luckily I didn't receive, but I'm not sure what would happen if an attendant did come along. Perhaps that needs to be made clear on then listing.

Lots of space and the perfect place to park for match day at Goodison. The price is also very reasonable and the owner answered the question I had.
I'll be using this space again for sure.
