Tried to cancel as I sourced free parking however wouldn’t let me as I had to accept refund in a wallet and use it next time, problem is I won’t use it again as I hardly travel to Liverpool, even if I did now I would never use this platform

Once booked had a message from the provider giving me more details and a contact if I needed. Space was easy to find and must have been a couple of mins walk to Anfield. Felt much safer leaving the car compared to a car park. Bonus was missing traffic from the car parks.
