No issues, other than we had to use the emergency entry code to gain access when we arrived. The normal key-pad entry code wouldn’t open the roller shutter door.
The car was fine when we returned from our holiday.
Will definitely use them again.

Didn't get send a code to get into parking. Mo one answered buzzer outside car park. My Car was blocking whole one way street while I call emergency number so people were going mad and shouting at me. Picked this spot for a stress free trip. Really disappointed

Got to admit, wasn't to easy to find entrance, the picture in the email didn't resemble the actual car park, car park was secure enough

The convenience of the car park was exceptional. However I would have appreciated a Google maps link to follow as it was tucked away along some one way streets and difficult to find,

Simple booking process. Car park easily found. However it claimed to be secure but the shutter was open and probably broken so anyone could get in. Otherwise fine

Parking right in the middle of Liverpool was a bit daunting as l would either get a train in or park outside the city and walk in. But this car park was ideal for a very quick meeting and felt triple safe as you had to punch in a code to open up the steel shutter to this private car park. Excellent service, ideal spot and fantastic customer service with texts and emails clarifying everything.
