Gravity Residence Car Park

I couldn't get in the car park using the code provided and couldn't get in touch with anyone to sort it out. The car park is in a really awkward position, you have to park half across the road, get out the car to put the code in. Other cars can barely get past. On this occasion too it was raining very hard and I was parking up to attend an interview. So not only was I unnecessarily stressed due to the parking situation but I was wet through too.

The description says the entrance is next to an open air car park, also shown in the picture but it isn't. Possibly it's been built on and this has not been updated. Other than that I was happy with the space provided.

Don't do it. As the previous review from April states, the access code JustPark provides is STILL incorrect. Tried calling while at the location and unable to access the car park, no answer. We were only saved by someone else exiting and quickly driving through before the shutter went up! Eventually got through to JP who could not explain why I was given a code that doesn't work. If you want stress-free parking look elsewhere! Access is very narrow and steep so if your car is large or you're not confident skip this one.

1) the picture and info needs updating. There is no open car park next door. Its a building now. 2) the code I was supplied did not work. Its was out of hours so I had to phone. The options didnt include access code not working so i picked "exit problems" which did get me a new code.

Very easy to book, and reasonable prices but the location was a bit difficult to find due to the photo being incorrect.

Great secure parking. Directions need updating as google/Apple Maps don’t take you to the right place. I would input Drury lane into sat nav, easy to find on drury lane,easy to access and exit. Will definitely use again.

When i arrived the entree code did not work luckily another vehicle came and let me in same thing when I wanted to leave tried calling no answer

Secure private car park minutes from Albert Dock. Reasonable price and slick booking experience with clear instructions as to how to find and access the parking. My first time using Justpark, will definitely use again

Great and safe location in centre of Liverpool. instructions were easy to follow. The photo needs updating on the instructions sent as open air car park described is no longer there however I checked this out on Google maps before travelling and had no issues finding the shutter. Would recommend this parking
