Parking space on South Ferry Quay, L3

Booked 11am - 7pm, when i arrived there was another car parked in the slot! Couldnt get through to owner, phone went straight to voicemail. was late for work and had to park somewhere else. No refund (as of yet... 12hrs later)

Very nice guy, I arrived a half hour before my parking was booked and he had no problem letting me park there early at no additional charge, definitely recommend

Everything went to plan only issue is the space is a little small so larger vehicles may struggle

Easy to find, hedge has been cut back now making space easy to get into. Very good value and 10min walk to arenas along riverside

All great but please provide clearer information on parking at the drive when the space is taken, sole reason why I book in advance is not to have to play about finding stuff when I arrive. For anyone reading this the alternative drive is right opposide the pictured space you may park in front of the garage or in front of the door (fits 2 cars). Which may not be as easy to identify at night.

Great location, had no hesitations about leaving the car there and was really easy to find thanks to the simple instructions.

Safe location which is a pleasant 15 minute riverside walk to ACC/Echo arena and 20 minutes to Albert Dock. Three things that can make parking awkward here: 1) narrow/normal sized spots (problem for wide vehicles or when in combination with points 2 and 3), 2) parking spot is beside a hedge (passenger side if forward parking, driver side if reverse parking) 3) parking spot is in a corner so if anyone parked behind in the perpendicular row is not completely in their spot it can make exiting tricky (and possibly impossible if forward parked).
