Parking on Highfield Street, L3

Very easy to find with the instructions given. Location was secure and perfectly located for the city centre. Would definitely book again next time we're in the area!

Address is given as 70 Highfield St but there is no 70 just two gates with signs saying 28 Highfield St. After driving around for 20 minutes trying to find 70 I tried the code on these gates and it opens both but it is the left hand one that leads to the space. Apart from that, excellent.

The area and parking space is really safe and secure so from that point of view it's first class. It's also not too far to the centre so that's another plus. My problem started with the space it's self as it has a parking post in the centre of it and when down it sticks up quite a bit, so much so that as my car was low ish to the ground I was unable to park in the space as it was scrapping on my undertray and I was fearful of the damage it would do if I tried to park. I did try to ring the owner of the space but unfortunately they were not available at the time of parking ( He did to be fair call me back an hour later and I explained the situation). However opposite there were visitor spaces so I parked in there as they did not have the parking post. If you drive a standard car this would not be a problem for you and you will have a fantastic parking space. I think that this should be stated on the information 'Not suitable for cars that are low to the ground'.
