Worse ever !! Avoid as they are scammers 100%
I paid for a parking space in Liverpool and when I got there the parking space was locked and no padlock combination provided .
Called customer service and no help , they offered me other parking space way to far from where I was , walking time was over 25 minutes from my meeting place so chose to pay for other parking space near me meeting place .
Same day after meeting I called again customer service to ask for my refund , they lied like they will handle it but nothing , I made the refund request on Just park website and from there nothing too .
Horrible company , is not about the money is about they way how they treat the customers. They are taking the money and give you nothing .
