We arrived eventually following owners instructions. We called as we were told to do on arrival, and he was not even in the city. He said he was unaware of the booking and he couldn't do anything about it. We were told just get a refund.. but that was NOT helpful after we booked in advance and had confirmations for a weekend where the city was famously exceptionally busy for the Taylor Swift concerts. This was a horribly stressful experience and we ended up having to pay extortionate amounts for alternative parking and missed some of our planned activities whilst looking for somewhere safe to leave our vehicle.

Couldn't access carpark, tried to call and message owner no answer, waited over 20 minutes, calling many times. 3 days later and we have still not had any response. Had to find alternative parking. Have requested refund, will see how that goes.

I would like a refund as Sean did not answer and could not get hold of him atall messed my day up I had to find alternative parking very disappointed I have paid for a parking service that I did not receive.

Unable to contact space owner to access the space - had to make alternate short notice arrangements. Cannot recommend!

Only one small issue without having a fob for the gate to come and go made it slightly harder. We had to wait once for someone else to let us in. Thankfully it was for too long. If you had your own fob. It would have been a fantastic experience. Wouldn't put me off using again.

Sean was great, would recommend anyone needing central Liverpool parking to go to him
